  • Where is Number Five?
    We are right in the heart of town yet tucked away on the small Han Inn complex. Everything you need, from bars, shops and restaurants can easily be reached within minutes. We're very close to Lime Bar, Hunkars, Gratis and a 1 minute walk to the taxi rank.
  • What is the changeover day?
    We don't have one as we are very flexible and can accommodate bookings for any duration. Use our availability tool to check your preferred dates and contact us. Alternatively, email or phone and we'll be able to let you know availability for your preferred dates.
  • What are the check-in/check-out times?
    Normal check-out time is 1000 and check-in time is 1600. Please contact us to see if early/late options are available as we will do our best to accommodate your requirements especially if you have a late flight.
  • How do I get to Number Five?
    Most guests will choose a private, comfortable car transfer which we can help arrange through our partners at Volume Travel for a specially discounted rate for guests at Number Five. Alternatively, if you rent a car, we will send detailed directions to the property as part of the welcome pack before you travel. There is parking available near the property.
  • Whats included?
    As well as the accommodation, everything else is included. We supply a welcome pack with all the essentials including tea, coffee, milk and juice, weekly linen change, wi-fi and cleaning. The plunge pool is maintained on a regular basis. We also provide a complimentary toiletries set.
  • Do I need to bring towels?
    We provide bathroom towels and beach towels.
  • How many people does the Number Five accommodate?
    Number Five has one bedroom and accommodates two people with a super-king bed. However, we do have a double airbed which has been used by a single adult or two small people 😁
  • Do you organise transfers?
    We can provide transfers for just £65 per car each way. We have used Volume Travel for many years because of the professional and reliable service they provide. They offer an efficient and courteous service, are fully insured, and offer clients booking through us a specially discounted rate.
  • Is there wi-fi?
    Wi-fi is included and you'll find the password in the welcome instructions which we email to you and are in the apartment handbook. We pay for the fastest available service but please note that the internet connection is subject to many variables beyond our control. Wi-fi is readily available in most bars and restaurants across Kalkan.
  • What if I need advice whilst on holiday?
    Number Five is professionally managed in resort. You will be provided with the contact details of our in-resort reps who can be contacted 24/7.
  • Do I need a visa?
    No. eVisas are no longer required by UK passport holders . However, you will need six months validity left on your passport.
  • Is there a TV?
    There is a Smart TV with an Amazon Firestick which means you can access English language programmes and access BBC iPlayer and other streaming services, movies and sport. Detailed instructions are provided in the property and ahead of your arrival.
  • Can I use the washing machine?
    Of course! Pop a few washing tablets in your luggage. There is also a clothes airer and iron, all located in the utility room.
  • Does Number Five have a tourist licence?
    Yes. Since 1 January 2024, all rental properties in Turkey are required to have a licence approved by the Ministry of Tourism to ensure that minimum standards are met. Our licence was granted in April 2024.
